Hey guys! I had a few requests for more tutorials, so wanted to share my routine for Splits Pose, Hanumansana. This is considered an advanced posture that actively works the hips, hip flexors and hamstrings, so that is what we will mostly focus on in this video. Grab two blocks if you have them! Please remember to listen to your body, don't force yourself into any shape; this will only increase your chances of injury, cause strained or sore muscles and won’t help your flexibility in the long run. Be patient with yourself and honor your body. This video is designed for you to come back to often and practice regularly. Doing this sequence consistently will increase your flexibility and help you achieve Splits overtime if that is your goal.
