Customer just bought a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan with 146k miles. He says the engine is running rough, even after a tune-up. He s on a budget, so wants to know if the van is even worth fixing. It runs rough at idle, shifts hard, is leaking oil, and the driver s power window and mirrors don t work.
