The house renovation in Argentina is finally back on track and the big update is that the 80-year-old roof has finally come off! This was much needed as we had A LOT of water coming in in multiple areas of the house. We're redoing both the roof and the ceiling and have opted for a wood ceiling (exposed beams and tongue and groove style in pine) with a metal roof. This home renovation is also giving us the chance to add roof insulation which is something that this house did not have - and let me tell you, it is needed because it can get cold up in the Sierras!
