I m thinking about introducing resistance training routines to the channel so I d love to hear your feedback on if you enjoyed the work or how I can make it better, or if you think it sucks too and I should stick to yoga ;) let me know. The thing I find most frustrating about workout programs is that poor movement is seldom taken into consideration when someone is given their exercises.   The Crossfit coach, the personal trainer, the group exercise class all just assume you can squat, pushup etc... But what I ve found is that given our sedentary lives most people don t have the mobility required for these movements, let alone adding weight to them.  So we end up injured. That s expected. So what I m asking you to do in this program is to learn about your body, and change things to fix it!
