I ve been away on honeymoon but it feels great to get this video out. I ve been cooking eggs since I could hold a spatula, it was the first thing I ever learned how to make, we are talking 15 years in the process of cooking eggs, so needless to say I have learned a few things over the years o making eggs great. This is part one of two, in this video you ll learn how to make: 1. Sunny Side Up Egg 2. Eggs over Easy 3. Fried Egg 4. French Style Omelette 5. Buffet Style Omelette 6. Fluffy Omelette 7. Breakfast Sandwich Omelette Sunny Side Up (Fried Egg) In a non-stick pan add a small amount of oil & heat. Crack in your egg to the pan. Gently pull off the white membrane on the top layer of the egg so it can cook through. Place a cover over the pan and steam for a few seconds to fully cook the white. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Over Easy Eggs Crack open an egg on your lightly greased non- stick pan. Let the white cook almost all the way through. Gently flip your egg upside down in the pan, making sure to not break the yolk. Salt and pepper to taste. Slide off the pan and onto a plate. Enjoy! Fried Scramble Crack open an egg on your lightly greased non- stick pan over medium high heat. With a spatula give it a little mix, but do not over mix. Let it sit. Once it begins to lightly crisp on the edges, flip over and finish cooking. Salt and pepper to taste. 15- Second French Style Omelette In a bowl whisk together 3 eggs. Season with pepper to taste. Add a splash of water or milk. Grease your non- stick pan and heat. Once your pan is hot, pour in your eggs and quickly begin to swirl your pan to get the eggs to cook evenly into a fluffy omelette form. Remove from heat and slide onto a plate. Add toppings over your choice. Buffet Omelette Grease your non-stick pan and sautee the toppings of your choice. Add a little more oil to the pan and pour in your whisked egg. Pepper to taste. Place cheese of your choice over your omelette and fold your omelette over. All done! Salt to taste. Fluffy Omelette Pour in your whisked eggs to your greased and pre heated pan. Once you feel your egg is firm enough to flip over, do so. Once it is cooked through, add the toppings of your choice and fold over. Fluffy goodness! Breakfast Sandwich Omelette Pour in 2 whisked eggs into a greased pan and allow it to cook. Once most of the egg is cooked through, start folding it over on all sides, shaping it to fit your sandwich bread. Place cheese and bacon over egg. Place your egg, bacon and cheese in your bread to form your sandwich and let it sit in the pan until the cheese is melted. Top w/ Ketchup and hot sauce of your choice! subscribe and follow us on the social media goodness snapchat: brothers green instagram: brothers green facebook: Brothers Green Eats Buy the pan in this video: http://amzn.to/2de6B6c
