Meet Phillip, a man who has been living outside of Singapore and away from the city for almost 20 years. After many setbacks as he says that he was just a city folk, he finally achieved his goal of building his floating Kelong. After this arduous process, he has picked up many skills from being a carpenter, to a mechanic and to being an electrician. 1:55 - Daily life Phillip’s kick starts the day by serving breakfast to the elderly living around him and then inspect his kelongs. He then cooks for his dogs everyday. Next up, he heads over to Pulau Ubin and spends two hours chatting and assisting the locals with any of their troubles or concerns that they may have!
