Wilber is finding his voice

Alright now please keep in mind Wilber just made 15 weeks old but I ve noticed recently he has started to express his little voice. From what I can tell he makes kiss noises and trys to say "peek-a-boo" and "what". Possibly a few other things that I can t make out yet. So you also have an understanding, he just finished his morning chop (in the cage) and is pacing back and forth because he is ready to come out and play. For the purpose of this video I left him in to record him because had I taken him out, he likely would not of expressed his voice as much on camera. He came out as soon as the video was over.
