Six traditional barre exercises with a cardio kick to tone, tighten, and raise your heart rate! 15-MINUTE BARRE WORKOUT: CARDIO BARRE AT HOME EQUIPMENT: Light-to-Medium Set of Dumbbells {3-8 lbs} INSTRUCTIONS: Using light-to-medium set of dumbbells {3-8 lbs}, perform each exercise for 30 seconds on the right side of the body, then repeat all 6 exercises on the left side of the body.
