Hey Guys, it’s William Bonac over here! Good news! I started a new series with my TOP 5 tips and things where you can get to know better the Conqueror! I am happy to share with you now, in the first one, what my favourite exercises are. As you guys probably know I was injured in 2019 a few weeks before Mr Olympia. It was tough to get back on track but still I managed to win the Arnold Classic in 2020. Now I am sharing with you my TOP 5 tips you should do after an injury. 1. Go and see a specialist 2. Slow down in the gym 3. Use machines more than free weight 4. Make sure to have the proper position 5. Don’t skip your stretching Let me know what your biggest injury was and how you got through it!
