Home Renovation Part 3 | Foundation Wall Work & Gardening

Here is another home renovation update of our 100-year-old house! We had French drains laid and the foundation insulated and waterproofed while working on fixing the walls from the inside at the same time to hopefully make the basement an actual living space in the future. We ve also been working hard on making the front and backyard somewhat pretty and functional so we can enjoy them over the summer. Montreal summers are incredible and spent 95% outside because they are so precious in cold-weather countries.
