Join me for a 21-day yoga challenge to work towards the splits. This class focuses on stretching and strengthening the lower body by targeting the hip flexors, quads and hamstrings - all you need to work on your front splits. If you want to progress with the splits why not challenge yourself and commit to practising this flow for 21 days. Remember consistency is key and things get easier the more you practice. To help track your progress and give yourself a boost when things get challenging, remember to take a photo on day 1 to record where you started and then another halfway through and another at the end so you can see how far you ve come throughout the challenge.
