Monster Motivation as Nathan gets a massive pump training upper body four weeks out from competition. Using a combination of drop sets, time under tension, and always going heavy to failure, Nathan starts with a pre-exhaust on incline chest, followed by a drop set - five sets in all. Then two sets each,, always heavy, on flat bench, cable front raises, bent over rows and dumbbell curls - working every part of the upper body, keeping rest periods to a minimum to maintain the pump and burn calories for an even more shredded look.
