how to make Smores 2.0

So design hacking food is a bit of a departure from what I normally do but I thought this would be fun to share. I have always thought that S’mores while delicious are a bit messy and difficult. In this installment of Random Clips I experiment filling up a fortune cookie with Nuttella and Marshmellow fluff. I brought in dessert expert and food blogger Lana Lingbo Li to consult.
