Beth returns for this challenge to show us what a dedicated student like yourself can expect from a couple of years of conscious movement in yoga practice. Beth is one of my favorite success stories. I love hearing about what yoga is doing for her. Although her career requires her to travel a bunch and she s only able to make it to one or two classes a week if she s lucky, she stays connected in her practice by being a member of the conscious movement, which allows her to continue to deepen and advance even though she can t practice with me regularly.
