The Faulty Fiesta (Stall, No-Crank, No-Comm)

This 2012 Ford Fiesta was dragged in on a dolly from almost 6 HOURS away as an intermittent STALL, NO-CRANK. The PATS anti-theft light illuminates and communication is lost with the Engine Control Module. After the diagnosis, the owner took it back and tried to fix it...but still had the SAME PROBLEM!
