Welcome to DAY 2 of the Flexibility Yoga Challenge! In today s class, we are focusing on hip flexor flexibility with a series of sequences and drills that will strengthen and stretch your hip flexors. You will need a strap (or something similar) to assist you for this class and I recommend if you have sensitive knees to pad your knees as we will be spending a lot of time in positions like lunge that put a lot of weight on the knee joint.
