This 30-minute Pilates workout focus on the lower body. Expect to work your legs as we target the front, back and sides of your thighs as well as the gluteus muscles for a well-rounded leg workout. This mood-boosting workout is designed to help you combat the winter blues. If you are struggling with the transition to winter and feel a little grumpy like me then this workout will help you shift some of that stagnant energy so that you can feel your best this winter. This class is all about slow and controlled movements, so think less about getting lots of reps in and more about making the reps that you do count.
