Lisa s Undefeated Spicy Malaysian Laksa Noodle Soup Challenge in Darwin, Northern Territory!!

American professional eater Randy Santel vs Lisa s Lunch Bar s giant undefeated Spicy Malaysian Laksa Noodle Soup Bowl Challenge, hosted by Lisa s Lunch Bar in the Winnellie neighborhood of Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. My girlfriend ​⁠@KatinaEatsKilos and I left Perth, Western Australia and headed northeast to Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia where I attempted 2 delicious Australian competitive eating challenges around the Darwin metro area. For food challenge #2, Katina and I headed to Lisa s Lunch Bar in the Wennellie neighborhood of Darwin, so we could each attempt Lisa s giant undefeated Spicy Malaysian Laksa Noodle Soup Challenge. Many local Australians attempted the challenge, but none had been able to finish everything and beat it before we got there. I had just 35 minutes to feast on a huge supersized bowl of Malaysian style laksa noodle soup filled with lots of egg noodles, vermicelli rice noodles, healthy vegetables, and 4 proteins - chicken, pork, beef, and tofu. There were 6 giant ladles of laksa broth made with coconut milk, and I even added some spicy diced peppers that were optional. I was trying to become the first champion to finish the whole bowl of soup within 35 minutes to win my $60 AUD Malaysian food meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Lisa s Wall of Fame.
