Halifax tells customers to leave if they don’t like staff pronoun badges

Halifax Bank has told customers they are welcome to close their accounts and leave if they do not like the staff wearing ‘pronoun badges’ stating which pronouns they prefer to be called. Halifax say the measure was brought in to ‘prevent misgendering’ but after facing some criticism on social media for the scheme they said customers were welcome to leave if they did not like the decision.
