They are NO bake and SO delicious! I hope you enjoy! ☀ MINI CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIES RECIPE ☀ INGREDIENTS Filling 3 avocados 1 Premier Protein Chocolate Shake 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2 Tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 3 Tbsp maple syrup Crust 1 1/2 cup pecans 3/4 cup dates 1/3 cup of cocoa powder pinch of salt PROCEDURE Add crust ingredients to a food processor and blend until sticky and well integrated. Press into mini tart pans. Refrigerate while you make the filling. Add filling ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, adding sweetener to taste. Fill pie crusts with filling. Refrigerate 3-5 hours, Top with fresh raspberries if desired! Enjoy!
