This class is perfect for anyone who has injured their ankles or feet or anyone who just fancies a yoga challenge. This class was designed to challenge the whole body without putting any weight on the feet. If you have sensitive knees I recommend placing something underneath so that the knee joints are cushioned. No feet yoga does was it says, it s a feet-free vinyasa practice that aims to work your whole body (minus the ankles and feet).
