Welcome to Day 4 of the Rise & Shine Yoga Challenge! ☀️ Cultivate balance and stability with this full body dynamic flow + guided meditation. The practice begins seated with a moment to check in. The warm up includes seated cat/cows and a tabletop balance flow to open the chest, shoulders, spine and engage the core. Challenge yourself in chair pose with heel lifts and forward folds. The main sequence includes balancing warrior III, high lunge, high lunge twist, reverse high lunge, warrior II, triangle, reverse triangle, pyramid, eagle and tree pose. The class ends with a 7 minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and awareness of the body and the breath.
