We then get into some dirty pike. We then take a slow walk on the beach, eat some bunch berries and look for caribou tracks. We decide to deep fry our dirty pike in ringalos chips. Jeremy shows how to properly clean northern pike to be COMPLETELY boneless with the 5 fillets. We include historical supplies including corn flour, animal fats, pemmican, and much more while making use of all the foraging we can muster to create wild historically accurate meals!
