Add lamb meat, turmeric and a lot of cinnamon. Add white beans, water and cinnamon water. Plate it and top with more cinnamon ๐ฎ๐ท TAS KEBAB: Skin and slice eggplant in half. Sautรฉ onion in seed oil. Cook lamb with onion to reduce gaminess. Add turmeric and cinnamon and water. Fry eggplant on both sides. Combine meat, eggplant, tomato and add pomegranate paste. Cook until ready. ๐ฎ๐ท SHEFTE ANAR (Pomegranate Meatballs): Mix grated onion with minced lamb meat. Add turmeric, cinnamon, pepper and chili powder. Add chickpea flour and then add an egg. By hand, roll out balls using the entire mixture. Sautรฉ in seed oil.
