Gym owner refuses to close: Mr Johnson doesn’t have any right to try and control my business

Gym owner Kevin Harper has refused to close his business in line with coronavirus lockdown, saying the rules are "absolute nonsense". Speaking with talkRADIO s Ian Collins, he said: "Mr Johnson doesn’t have any right over me to try and control my business...We re showing as a society that we are mature and sensible and clever enough to deal with this and then we are being treated like a nanny state."
