This 15 minute morning yoga routine for flexibility and mobility is the perfect start to the day. We start on the ground with a dynamic cat/cow stretch, flushing the cerebrospinal fluid along the spine, neck, and base of the skull. Then we move into deeper hip stretches, starting with lizard pose and then moving up to triangle pose. We get a deeper stretch in our hamstrings, hips, and spine by doing an active stretch that engages the muscles as we hold each posture.
