Hey guys! So i stopped working out in the gym for 2 whole months. I stopped lifting weights in mid December because I wanted to focus on recovering and had my flat belly program launched early january but had to stop halfway cause I was getting so ill. So In total of more than 2 months of not lifting weights (with that one gym session when I was in Sydney with Gymshark) and no bodyweight workouts for more than a month as well. I just want to say it is okay to take some time to recover. I am probably not as fit as before but so what! It is OKAY!
