Get fast away from the corners ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION The exercise is meant to practice safety while being under maximum pressure at the rear court. You are also to practice the surprise element, which means the player isn’t knowing when the lift comes. That means the player must be ready to move towards the rear court at all time. When working at low gravity especially on the rear court the left arm is very important. By swinging the non-racket arm towards the middle after impact at the rear court, your movement towards the middle would be improved greatly. Feeding: 1 shuttle. The feeder is dynamic moving around the front court and lifting the shuttle towards the rear corners. Play the middle 2-4 times before making the lift. Repeats: 2-3 times. Do this for 1-2minutes. Otherwise you could say that you change after 5 mistakes.
