Practice this quick, standing flow to improve all around balance and flexibility. Begin with a gentle warm-up, stretching the side body and moving the spine in all directions. The main sequence consists of standing twists, warrior II, reverse warrior, triangle, pyramid, balancing warrior III, revolved standing hand to foot and chair pose. Options are given for different levels so that the postures meet you where you are. Cool down with seated hip and hamstring stretches, forward folds and twists. The class ends with a gentle reflection with affirmations. Music is included in this class. Thanks for practicing with me!
