My Workout Routine & Schedule To Get Lean | Your Workout Plan? | Create a Workout Plan Please leave me a comment in regards to what your goals are and what you ll like to see from me next! :) For Friday, I train legs. When I said heavy weights, I meant heavy enough so that I can do about 8 reps for deadlifts/squats.
