Hello yoga moms! Here s a meditation on how to increase your milk supply. You can do this meditation while you are nursing or pumping breast milk. The idea is just to help you relax deeply. Breastfeeding can be a beautiful experience, but many of us spend our time feeding distracted or disconnected from our babies. When you are relaxed while breastfeeding or pumping you can have a healthier breast milk supply.
