Yoga Wheel Total Body Stretch | Flexibility Sequence
Are you someone who owns a yoga wheel but is stuck on ideas for stretches? Or maybe you've always been curious about a yoga wheel but aren't sure how it works? In this video I'll be showing you a 20 minute total body flexibility sequence using a yoga wheel! As someone who loves rolling out my muscles, I have found the wheel to be one of my favorite props. It's great for massaging out all those tight spots and even helping to increase strength and flexibility. I'm using a yoga wheel from Myga Yoga, but you can use any kind of wheel for this class, no other props required. I'll show you a few unique ways to use the wheel to help stretch out the shoulders, back, hips and legs. If it's your first time using the wheel or trying these poses, it's best to watch the demo first and rewind the video before attempting or following along. This will reduce the risk of injury!
