Patience and explosiveness 2. Position of your feed while pushing towards the net 3. Small racket movements when killing the shuttle at the net ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION The exercise is supposed to practice your patience and explosiveness towards the net. You must remain calm playing net drops until the right shuttle comes - explode and kill the shuttle. The exercise is not meant to be exhausting - the focus is to change the tempo when the right shuttle arrives. Until then, remain calm and play net drops. This also practice your safety and ability to kill the shuttle with small racket movements. Feeding: 12-14 shuttles. Feed overhead when you want the player to do net drops and throw under hand when the player is to kill the shuttle. You control when the player should be explosive. Throw 2-4 shuttles overhead before the under hand. Repeats: 2-4 times. Take turns. You can do a relatively high amount of turns because the exercise isn’t exhausting.
