I m using 15-20 lb dumbbells. ► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels! ► INSTRUCTIONS: It looks like this: ✔️ 15 Blocks (2 exercise variations of the same move per block, for a total of 30 exercises) ✔️Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds of rest) ✔️ NO Repeats (do each move X 1 and that s it) *Follow the workout modifier for alternative options, low impact cardio, and core modifications! ►Workout Outline: BLOCK 1: LEGS (SQUATS): 1.
