2021 NEW YEAR s Workout Full Body NO REPEAT Strength + HIIT (No Jumping)

Start off 2021 with a solid sweat session! This full body HIIT and strength training workout has no jumping, but I promise -- it s a CHALLENGE 🔥 We re shaking off 2020 with 45-Minutes of new moves -- that s right, there s NO REPEATS in this workout (and 30 different full body exercises)! Today s workout includes exercises that work the body in all planes -- sagittal, frontal and transverse! Changing up the planes makes your body work in new ways, which is a great way to avoid fitness plateaus. 👉🏼 Rachel and I are using towels on hardwood floors to add an extra element of core stabilizing work to some of the moves. If you re working out on carpet, you can use paper plates to do the same thing! Otherwise, you can simply step in and out of each move. Here s what today s workout looks like: ✔️ 3 Circuits (and a bonus core finisher), with decreasing "work" time in each circuit ✔️Lots of variety (NO REPEATS, 30 different moves) ✔️And NO JUMPING Don t get it twisted -- low impact does NOT mean low intensity!
