As we continue through the flow going deeper and deeper into our hips stretches (donโ€™t worry, I provide modifications for every posture! This is totally BEGINNER friendly), donโ€™t forget to: โœจSend your breath down into the hips โœจModify! When it comes to these deep stretches, more is not always better โœจBe grateful for everything that your unique body can do Weโ€™ll end with a fold over butterfly stretch, and I invite you to stay in that stretch as long as possible/ while it feels good to do so!
