Silencing stunner heroes is quite important and should set up team kills, and Rupture is also very good at bursting down squishy support heroes. I like utility items on Bloodseeker a lot better than a fast force staff, and I think phase and urn are relatively core so you can close the distance and work down the hp of a few enemy heroes, tanky or not.
