Join me in this easy beginner yin yoga class! Today, we re just going to do one posture but it s actually the most potent, powerful, and healing yin postures of them all. It s the Yin Forward Fold and it s one of my personal favorites! You can do this beginner friendly yin yoga class or yin yoga for beginners class without props and it is a fantastic way to give your joints especially your spine and lower back some TLC. So there s no goal to touch our feet. There s no goal to really achieve anything other than just succumb to gravity. So you don t need to be warmed up and you don t need any special props. You don t even need a yoga mat! Yin yoga is a passive practice where we work with gravity to reduce stress and anxiety, improve joint health and increase our range of motion.
