We do this with a dynamic flow that focuses on spine flexibility, then move to the ground for some simple quad stretches. This yoga flow is especially good for those of us who sit at a computer for long periods of time (um, hello yes, it me ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ). Although it s a super deep stretching routine, it s doable for beginners and advanced yogis alike. I also sneak in a few strengthening holds to really get the blood pumping.
