Maybe you ve been lying all day in bed feeling really sick or maybe you are pregnant suffering from morning sickness. This class is perfect if you have a bad cough or sore throat. We are going to keep it really simple and just keep it to two extremely healing yoga poses just so you can get a little bit of gentle movement into your day even when you re feeling exhausted and tired. In this sequence we are just going to use a chair and if you have yoga blocks, that would be great too!
