Single track enduro heaven!︱Cross Training Enduro

http://www.crosstrainingenduro.com http://tractionerag.com One of our favourite stretches of single track ever. Nothing very difficult. Just a few reasonably technical sections. Some cruisy stuff. Single track enduro heaven. And all in good old fashioned Aussie bush. It s only my fourth dirt ride since I fractured my spine, so I m sitting as much as possible. Which makes it an interesting experiment to see if I can keep up with Jeff who is free to stand and sit whenever he wants. Not that either of us are trying to ride fast today. After riding so much snotty terrain, we figured some relatively easy stuff would make a nice change. As usual, Jeff is on the Beta RR300 and I am on the Beta Xtrainer as we hit single track enduro heaven. I still get plenty of requests for reviews about both bikes. We both really like our bikes, but I don t want to do any reviews while this crazy problem with main bearing failures continues. These are genuinely good bikes, but Beta factory has really dropped the ball over this issue... it took a lot of pressure to make them even acknowledge the main bearing failures, then more pressure to make them respond. And then they change their story about what the cause is, claim it s fixed, then it continues. If it s definitely fixed for 2021 models we might eventually do some reviews. At least it s still a relatively small number of cases. And each brand has its various issues of course. Our general opinion is all the European two strokes are brilliant at what they do. And the bikes are much better than we will ever be. Just choose your favourite colour. And of course don t pay too much. KTMs are ridiculously expensive, at least here in Australia. It s no wonder so many are refusing to pay obnoxious prices for a pumpkin, and going for Shercos and Betas instead. Or waiting for Rieju to revive the original Gas Gas brand again. The final part of single track enduro heaven... pivot turns all the way. I usually stand to do the pivot turns, this will be weird sitting on the seat the whole way. Hope you enjoyed the ride guys.
