Make the backhand look like a wave. 2. Elbow first, forearm second and grip as third. 3. Relax and tightening the grip at impact. ============================================================================== DESCRIPTION You are to juggle the shuttle and try to feel the difference between the ‘stiff’ backhand movement and the ‘wave’ movement. This is only to practice the timing and movement of the backhand movement. The idea of such exercise will be to replace your current backhand movement with this kind of movement. Feeding: You are responsible for feeding yourself during this exercise. You only need one shuttle. Repeats: In the beginning you should probably do this 5-10 minutes of each training session. Then you would benefit quite fast.
