This a slow and steady flow for beginners. Starting with a gentle warm up and then moving through sun salutations to build a strong foundation and begin to understand some of the foundational yoga postures. Take this flow to whatever extent feels right for you, be patient with yourself if you feel challenged and remember that the most important part to every posture is your breath.
