This is a HIP HINGE movement, not a squat. 2. Drive through your heels to stand tall. Stand straight up, DO NOT over-extend arching through the low back at the top of the swing. ►How heavy should your kettlebell be (or single dumbbell be)? 1. Beginners -- a good starting place is a 15 lb kettlebell. 2.
