It requires a lot of opening and stretching in the quads and of course there is a version called reclining hero pose where your fully recline back to lie down as well. So we ll be exploring coming into both of these yoga poses by opening up component parts of the body and remember that the pose is never the goal. It s just supposed to be a fun exploration.. So however far you make it into the hero pose is perfectly fine, the practice of yoga is accepting ourselves where we are in any given moment.
