It s like my own time and space to listen to my body and connect with myself before all of the mayhem begins. Sometimes I like it slow and introspective and sometimes I like it to feel like I m BURNING through my excess stress and anxiety! This is one of those kinds of classes. In this quick yoga class, I take you through a yoga flow that burns the core inside and out, from your abs to your obliques. I also get in some good stretches for the hips, hamstrings, and spine. We do a few vinyasa flows with fat-burning pulses and holds to get the blood pumping and then slow down to come into ourselves before tackling the day. I especially love this morning yoga stretch because it makes me sore in places I d long forgotten about while loosening up my joints and muscles. It s SO good!
