O meu treino de peito e triceps. Pouca carga e muitas repetiçoes, até a falha para manter e definir o musculo. Normalmente faço 5 circuitos com 3 exercicios diferentes e 1 vez por semana....
3 series para cada circuito até falha.
No novo ginasio aprendendo coisas novas.
