This upper body workout at home hits every major muscle group above the waist! 💪 The workout consists of 4 circuits, each with a different focus -- from chest and shoulders to back and triceps, and biceps. Grab your dumbbells (I’d suggest a heavier and lighter set) and let’s get started.
