Join me for a LIVE 40-Minute UPPER BODY PYRAMID WORKOUT! 7 killer arm exercises with weights in our fan-favorite, HIIT PYRAMID FORMAT (and our first pyramid workout that s ALL ARMS 💪)! If you ve tried one of our Pyramid Workouts before, you know they are pure 🔥. Not sure about the HIIT portion of this arm workout? Rachel will be joining me in this video to offer exercise modifications for each exercise; so you can take this upper body HIIT workout at your pace. ⭐️THE WORKOUT: 40 MINUTE UPPER BODY HIIT WORKOUT (Pyramid) ⭐️ ► EQUIPMENT: A set of medium-to-heavy dumbbells. I suggest between 10-20 lbs (I ll be using two, 15 lbs and one, 20 lb) 👉And my oversized yoga mat is from Gorilla Mats (affiliate link): http://gorillamats.com?aff=5* ⭐️Discount Code: NourishMoveLove ► INSTRUCTIONS: This is a pyramid workout, which means we’ll add on moves as we work “up” the pyramid, and then drop off moves as we work our way back “down” the pyramid. So it will look like this: ✔️Set 1: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. ✔️Set 2: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds + move 2 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. ✔️Set 3: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds + move 2 for 30 seconds + move 3 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Continue this stack-on, pyramid format until you complete moves 1 through 7.
