LIVE 40-Minute Upper Body Pyramid Workout (HIIT Arms with Weights)
Join me for a LIVE 40-Minute UPPER BODY PYRAMID WORKOUT! 7 killer arm exercises with weights in our fan-favorite, HIIT PYRAMID FORMAT (and our first pyramid workout that s ALL ARMS đĒ)! Rachel will be joining me in this video to offer exercise modifications for each exercise; so you can take this upper body HIIT workout at your pace. âī¸THE WORKOUT: 40 MINUTE UPPER BODY HIIT WORKOUT (Pyramid) âī¸ âē EQUIPMENT: A set of medium-to-heavy dumbbells. I suggest between 10-20 lbs (I ll be using two, 15 lbs and one, 20 lb) đAnd my oversized yoga mat is from Gorilla Mats (affiliate link): http://gorillamats.com?aff=5* âī¸Discount Code: NourishMoveLove âē INSTRUCTIONS: This is a pyramid workout, which means weâll add on moves as we work âupâ the pyramid, and then drop off moves as we work our way back âdownâ the pyramid. So it will look like this: âī¸Set 1: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. âī¸Set 2: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds + move 2 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. âī¸Set 3: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds + move 2 for 30 seconds + move 3 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Continue this stack-on, pyramid format until you complete moves 1 through 7.
